1. PREAMBULE
1. Stratégie Immobilier has developed a website intended for the publication to members of the general public, hereafter referred to as « the users », of instructions received from its clients.
2. The users may only benefit from the services offered on the website after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed and printed from the page « Terms and conditions of use » on this website.
3. The users declare that they have received from Stratégie Immobilier all the necessary information concerning the services offered and agree to abide without limit or reservation by these Terms and Conditions of use.
2. SUBJECT

- the quality of the service, which is proposed "as seen" ;
- the content of the information appearing in the advertisements, including the prices of the properties proposed for sale or rental which do not have any legally binding force and are communicated subject to error and availability ; - the accuracy, completeness and/or currency of the information appearing on the website, including that obtained via the simulators made available on the site, the latter having no more than an indicative value ; - disruption of use of the site or the inaccessibility of the site and/or one or more of the services appearing on it ;
- infringement of computer security, which might damage the users' data, except in case of proof of a failure on the part of Stratégie Immobilier with regard to its security obligations ;
- general infringement of users' rights by third parties, including other users ;
- security of data being communicated via the Internet network ;
- services and/or edited content as well as offers made by third parties and made accessible via hyper-links over which Stratégie Immobilier has no control and in respect of which it can offer no guarantee.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY
1. The information communicated on the website being only of indicative value, it is the user's responsibility to take advice from a third party before making any decision based on the aforementioned information, in particular in order to ensure its relevance with regard to the user's personal situation. 2. 12. PERSONAL DATA
1. In accordance with French data protection law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended (known as the « loi informatique et Libertés ») the user enjoys the right of access, modification, correction and deletion of personal data;
2. The user declares that he is aware of the information referred to in article 32 I of the « loi informatique et Libertés » which appears on the forms used for the collection of personal data. 3. The user is informed that during consultation of the website a cookie may be installed automatically on the user's navigation software.
13. GOOD FAITH
1. The parties agree to carry out their obligations in good faith.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with French law. 2. This applies to the rules of content as well as the rules of form. 3. Any legal challenge resulting form the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. 4. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for information purposes only. In case of doubt, the original French version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
15. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Stratégie Immobilier reserves the right to make any modifications to these Terms and Conditions that it sees fit.
2. Any use of the services of the website by the user after the modification of the Terms and Conditions of use implies acceptance by the user of the new Terms and Conditions.
3. The Terms and Conditions appearing on-line on the website take precedence over any pre-dated printed version.
16. REGULATION
1. In accordance with French law n°70-19 of 2 January 1970, known as the « loi Hoguet », it is recalled that the sale or rental of property through the intermediary of an estate agent is dependent on the establishment of a written mandate which this website cannot replace.
2. The vocational training described on this site is governed by articles L. 900-1 following of the French « Code du travail »; this website is intended exclusively for information purposes and cannot act as a substitute for the information and/or agreements required in this respect.
